After living almost your whole life in an area densely populated by Italians moving to Texas and eating Italian food isn't quite the same. So the other night I was craving Gnocchi so bad and after seeing this recipe in Everyday Food I thought I would give it a try. And.... just to let you know this has to be hands down my favorite recipe thus far not just on Gnocchi terms on any terms. So here it is please make it and you wont be disappointed.
(One tip gradually add the water you don't need all of it.)

Continuous Figures of Eight (below)
Another book from the Austin public library system, Knots and Ropework by Eric C Fry Photographs by Peter Wilson. This book Is a gem if you ever see it in your library check it out!
It took me forever to get these pictures developed! I love the neat effects that you can get with the Holga camera but I always felt like it was such a hassle to get them developed who would have thunk that my local pro camera shop does 120 developing? (Me, Joel, Greg in decending order)

A little while ago we had pub night at my house which consisted of me and my guy friends drinking stout and eating mini Guinness pies. Bryant brought over all different fancy beers and we pretended we were at the brewery and poured them in tiny glasses as we ate. I found the recipe (of course at the library where else.) In a Jamie Oliver cook book. The recipe calls for fresh bay leaves which make the difference very tasty and Delicious. Click Here for a similar recipe I couldn't find the the original one I used but just veto the cheese and put it in tiny baking dishes and your all set.
