After living almost your whole life in an area densely populated by Italians moving to Texas and eating Italian food isn't quite the same. So the other night I was craving Gnocchi so bad and after seeing this recipe in Everyday Food I thought I would give it a try. And.... just to let you know this has to be hands down my favorite recipe thus far not just on Gnocchi terms on any terms. So here it is please make it and you wont be disappointed.
(One tip gradually add the water you don't need all of it.)
